Fascia Tensegrity: The Architecture of Efficient Movement.
The Intelligence of Movement
Movement is not simply exercise, nor reduced to an asana—it is a living conversation between the nervous system, breath, fascia, bones, and awareness.
Through the integration of anatomy, neuroscience, biomechanics, and yoga therapy, we explore how the body adapts, reorganizes, and restores function.

Practicing Mala Flow vinyasa, like wearing my favorite mala beads, initiates concentration, evokes harmony, and keeps me alive. Each asana/bead is threaded and layered, one on top of the other. The thread of the necklace is my body. then the "guru" bead holds my wisdom, knowledge, and spirit together. My IPATH practice, allows me to completely work-in. Layer after layer, removing blocks, and realigning until the patience of rebalancing sets in. Together, that balance, that celebration is all I need. These are the practices that keep me alive, and these are the practices, I love to share.
