Q. What is IPATH?

A. Integral Postural Alignment Therapy

Q. Why IPATH yoga?

A. IPATH yoga was born in 2011, as a way to help specifically pilates students to consciously be aware of how to strengthen their spinal column, while easing lower back issues. Through the integration of compression, and myofascial release, students are able to excavate towards their foundation (bones), ultimately realigning them. With the use of IPATH® postural balls, posture, strength and serenity, is restored. Muscular pain and misalignment is eliminated.

The IPATH yoga method, was created out of necessity for a population of movers and shakers, who wanted to stay health in the latter stages of life.




Q. Is IPATH yoga for me?

A. IPATH yoga is for every BODY, ages 16 and up. Recommended for those with poor posture, back ailments, and a path towards holistic health.


Q. I'm new to yoga. Can I do the practice?

A. Yes. In fact, many who have never stepped on a mat, benefit tremendously. It is a wonderful way to introduce yourself to the practice because it is truly a passive practice. You'll spend 90% of the practice, relaxed on your back.
