Fascia Tensegrity: The Architecture of Efficient Movement.
The Intelligence of Movement
Movement is not simply exercise, nor reduced to an asana—it is a living conversation between the nervous system, breath, fascia, bones, and awareness.
Through the integration of anatomy, neuroscience, biomechanics, and yoga therapy, we explore how the body adapts, reorganizes, and restores function.
